If your children are fans of Mario, Luigi or Donkey Kong, it's time to add another destination to your family travel wishlist.

Super Nintendo World is officially coming to Universal Studios Singapore as part of the Greater Sentosa Master Plan, although its opening date has yet to be announced.

The Nintendo-themed land is currently available at Universal Studios Japan, Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Epic Universe in Orlando.

Mario Kart: Bowser's Challenge combines augmented reality with interactive racing, while Yoshi's Adventure takes guests on a gentle ride through Mushroom Kingdom, making it suitable for families with younger children.

Fans are also hoping Singapore will include Donkey Kong Country, featuring the popular Mine-Cart Madness roller coaster, although this has yet to be confirmed.

Super Nintendo World is expected to open by 2030, although an official date has yet to be announced.
